This Mediterranean style house has two buildings, both buildings are two stories. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, the rear building has 3 bedrooms and one bath. We also offer two studio apartments at the same location. The rooms and studios mostly accommodate Ross, and UM medical students, as well as interns, tourists and international students. All rooms are private, with lock and furnished. Some rooms have private bathrooms and  some have shared bathrooms. Daily ( minimum 3 nights), weekly, and month to month  rentals available. No Homestays offered at this location.

This beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bath home is located in the Country Club of Miami and is just perfect for those wanting to stay in Miami or visit Miami and learn or practice English. Rooms are private. We also offer private and/or group English lessons. If you want to play Golf, this is the place to be. We offer homestays with meals or without and host a lot of international guests. At this house you can get a chance to interact with our family and practice your English and learn about the American culture as well. Daily (minimum 3 nights) weekly and month to month rentals available.

To make a reservation or for any questions about the properties, just send an e-mail to duysevi@nova.edu with details above and let us know that you want to reserve a place and we will send you an invoice and payment request to your e-mail through Paypal, which is a very secure payment system, which you can use without registering or being a member. We cannot hold the place without a payment and cannot guarantee any rooms upon arrival without prior payment and reservation.  Making a payment and reserving ahead of time eliminates people that are not serious in making a commitment. We own all the properties and they appear on the county's website. Also, We have a good history with Paypal. Over 6 years, 300+ transactions and no problems.

For all rooms at all properties, a refundable security and cleaning deposit of $250 is required along with first month rent via paypal to hold the place For all apt's, studio apt's and full house rentals a deposit of $500( if staying 1 month or more) or a deposit of $300 ( if staying daily or weekly) plus the first months rent via paypal is required to hold the place. NO EXCEPTIONS ON DEPOSITS ROOMS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON DEPARTURE OF THE TENANTS and DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED VIA CHECK TO ADDRESS PROVIDED WITHIN 10-15 DAYS AFTER DEPARTURE Note: We have several rooms for rent they are on a first reserve first get basis. This is why a reservation with payment, the deposit and arrival dates are very important.
